LIXIL ERA Japan, who expands franchise shop brand named “LIXIL Real Estate Shop” nationwide, and its parent company, LIXIL REALTY have signed a comprehensive agreement on industry-academia collaboration with Meikai University on July 7th. The purpose of the agreement is to build an exchange relationship with Meikai University regarding the development of the real estate industry and human resource development related to the real estate industry.

It is an important mission of both parties and socially required to promote research on safe and secure real estate distribution transactions and disseminate the results widely to society. It is expected to produce many results. From this point of view, Meikai University, which is the only university who has real estate faculty in Japan, and LIXIL ERA Japan have decided to carry out research activities in close cooperation and have concluded this agreement.

The ceremony has held at Meikai University. Toshikazu Yasui, President of Meikai University, and Yuji Saito, President of LIXIL ERA Japan, shook hands with each other and signed the agreement. The contents of the agreement include joint research, joint seminars, and acceptance of internship training at ERA franchisees (LIXIL Real Estate Shops).
