LAWFULNESS AND FAIRNESS
The Group companies will process all personal data lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner. We will not process personal data illegally or deceitfully.
PURPOSE LIMITATION
The Group companies will collect all personal data only for specified, clear and legitimate purposes. We will not further process it in a way incompatible with those purposes.
PERSONAL DATA MINIMIZATION
The Group companies will process all personal data only as necessary for the above purposes.
ACCURACY
The Group companies will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data that are inaccurate are erased or rectified without delay.
STORAGE LIMITATION
The Group companies will, unless the applicable law or regulation provides a specific storage period, keep personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data are processed. When the applicable law or regulation provides a retention period, the Group shall comply with the obligation.
INTEGRITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
The Group will process personal data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the personal data, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, leakage, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organisational measures.
